Specialization Diploma in Clinical Toxicology

The objective of this specialization diploma is to acquire knowledge in Clinical Toxicology, from the toxic effects and toxicokinetics of drugs and drugs of abuse, to their analytical and forensic determination. It also addresses important clinical aspects such as toxicological trials in drug development.

The acquired competencies grant access to professional opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry, public organisations, the health sector and academia. This qualification can also be used as a stepping stone for career advancement within organisations with an area dedicated to Clinical Toxicology.

Specialization Diploma in Environmental and Occupational Toxicology

The Specialization Course in Environmental and Occupational Toxicology deals with the toxic effects in natural ecosystems and in occupational environments.

The knowledge and competencies acquired provide updated training to professionals in the fields of occupational risk, risk assessment, prevention, consequences or treatment of toxic substance exposure in the environment and/or in the workplace.
